Cancellation Policy & House Rules

Reservations are confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
Cancellation made 15 days or more before arrival: 100% refund (excluding payment gateway charges, if any).
Cancellation made 7–14 days before arrival: 50% refund.
Cancellation made within 7 days of arrival: No refund.
No-show or early departure: No refund for the unused portion of the stay.
Date changes are subject to room availability and applicable rate differences.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
Group bookings, weddings, conferences, and special event bookings may have separate cancellation terms as mentioned in the booking agreement.

House Rules

Smoking is permitted only in designated smoking areas.
Pets are allowed only with prior approval (if applicable).
Loud music and parties are not permitted after 10:00 PM.
Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property.
Outside visitors are allowed only after registration and with prior approval from the Front Office.
Illegal activities, drugs, gambling, and possession of prohibited items are strictly forbidden.
The hotel is not responsible for loss of valuables left unattended. Guests are advised to use the room safe or deposit valuables at the reception where available.
Children below 12 years must be accompanied by an adult.
Swimming pool and other recreational facilities, if available, must be used at the guest's own risk and according to posted safety rules.
